As a former prosecutor, I have extensive experience working on DUI cases. There are defenses available for DUI charges. I work immediately to help clients mitigate the consequences that go along with drunk driving including requesting the administrative hearing to get their drivers' license back, if possible. Personal Injury
My personal injury practice is diverse and I represent clients who have suffered injuries or loss of a loved one as a result of the following types of situations:

I work with clients to help them understand what the advantages are to filing a workers' comp claim and what benefits may be available to them. I also work with clients who have been denied by the insurance company or may need assistance dealing with their employer. I previously represented insurance companies on workers' compensation matters which has allowed me to experience these cases from both sides.
